Don Honorio Ventura State University, with the leadership of university president Dr. Enrique G. Baking, has been commended with another award for its active participation in government efforts, this time for anti-red tape programs.

This was formalized during the State of the ARTA Address and Recognition Night on the 4th Anniversary of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) held last June 29.

The award bestowed to the university was in appreciation of DHVSU's continued support to the programs and initiatives of ARTA to combat red-tape for the past four years including a ARTA Workshop conducted in DHVSU.

Present during the awarding is the DHVSU's Vice President for Student Affairs and Services, Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao accepting the merit.

ARTA is a government agency mandated to impose and implement the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 and its implementing rules and regulations and to monitor and ensure compliance with the national policy on anti-red tape and ease of doing business in the country.
