Letter of request from Pampanga Gov. Lilia Pineda to Hon. Presiding Officer/Vice Governor and Board Members for the passage of resolution authorizing the Gov. Pineda to represent the Provincial Government of Pampanga in a Memorandum of Agreement with TESDA and DHVTSU to establish a Satellite School at the old and unutilized Regional Health Office Building in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 2480 "A Resolution Authorizing Gov. Lilia Pineda to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with DHVTSU for the establishment of a Satellite School at Sto. Tomas, Pampanga and to use the vacant Regional Health Office Building for the purpose and to sign for and in behalf of the Province of Pampanga the appurtenant document thereto" was released.

January 31, 2012
The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between DHVTSU and the Provincial Government of Pampanga was facilitated.

February 27, 2012 
Letter of request from Gov. Lilia Pineda to Hon. Presiding Officer/Vice Governor and Board Members for the passage of an ordinance that would appropriate the amount of Php 3,000,000 by way of grant and subsidy to the operations of DHVTSU Satellite Campus in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.
