The Don Honorio Ventura State University was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate by the certification association Russian Register on December 13, 2019. University President Dr. Enrique G. Baking received the certificate from the Russian Register representatives.

 

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate with respect to the provision of tertiary education; instruction, research, extension and resource generation including advanced education, secondary education (specific to Senior High School and Laboratory High School), support to operations and general administrative services.

The certification affirms that the University’s Quality Management Systems (QMS) with respect to the provision of tertiary education; instruction, research, extension and resource generation including advanced education, secondary education (specific to Senior High School and Laboratory High School), support to operations and general administrative services have been assessed and found to be in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.    

 

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate with respect to the provision and promotion of scientific researches in Industrial Technology, Education, Engineering, Humanities, Science and the Arts needed for development and progress.

The award came almost two months after a Russian Register representative undertook an external audit on the University’s QMS on October 16-18, 2019. During the said audit, the University also passed the surveillance audit to maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate with regard to the provision and promotion of scientific researches in Industrial Technology, Education, Engineering, Humanities, Science and the Arts needed for development and progress. Thus, DHVSU now maintains two ISO 9001:2015 certifications, a testament to the unrelenting efforts of President Baking and the DHVSU administration, faculty and staff to ensure the provision of quality education and services in the University.
