Postponement of the Opening of Bids and New Bidding Schedule

All bidders are hereby informed that the Opening of Bids for the above project originally scheduled on March 18, 2019, 11:00 a.m. is hereby postponed due to the request of the Technical Working Group (TWG) for an additional time to revisit the technical specifications and to make the necessary revisions and modifications on the Bidding Documents.
