To further strengthen the collaboration, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Pampanga Manpower Training Center - Provincial Government of Pampanga held at New Sangguniang Panlalawigan Building, Capitol Compound, Sto.Niño, City of san Fernando, Pampanga on July 6.

The parties involved in the MOA signing have a long-term partnership in terms of exchange and various training modalities and methods towards promoting quality education and innovation, especially in the field of Technical-Vocational education.

Present at the event are the key people behind the agreement. DHVSU was represented by its president, Dr. Enrique G. Baking; Vice President for Research, Innovation, Training, and Extension (RITE), Dr. Ranie B. Canlas; Director for Training Services Office (TSO), Dr. Dynah D. Soriano; Manager for Competency Assessment Center, Dr. Anabelle F. Hernandez; Manager for Professional Advancement Training Center, Ms. Aileen P. De Leon; Manager for Skills Capability Enhancement Training Center, Ms. Jennifer S. Baluyut; Executive Assistant for Vice President of RITE, Ms. Veata Monina C. Santos; and the admin staff of TSO, Ms. Liezel B. Mallari.

Meanwhile, the Provincial Government of Pampanga was represented by Governor Dennis G. Pineda; Atty. Eric O. Ueda, Provincial Director of TESDA Pampanga; Ms. Luningning Y. Vergara, Provincial PESO Manager; and Board Member Rolando “Pol” D. Balingit.
