“Kayong mag-aaral ang tunay na solusyon.”

In the recently held distribution of Assistance for Individuals in Crisis (AICS) at DHVSU Candaba Campus covered court, Senator Imee Marcos highlighted the role of students in the challenges that the society is facing.

In her speech, she recounts the problems brought by the recent typhoons that hit Central Luzon specifically in Candaba. She assured the community that support from the national government will continue through the efforts of the local government unit.

She also recognized the flooding problem in Candaba which is the primary concern of the community. Continued planning and research from the Local government unit were also pointed out as the effort
being done to address the problems.

Meanwhile, the struggles of students were recognized especially during the shift in modality in this new pandemic era. According to her, despite the free education students are experiencing, there are expenses that need to be shouldered by the family.

“Sabi nga ng Lola ko, ano man ang problema, may solusyon, pagkat ang langit ay mas malawak kesa sa lupa, pero para sa akin, kayong mag aaral ay ang tunay na solusyon”, Sen. Marcos exclaimed, concluding her speech.
