Letter of request from Pampanga Gov. Lilia Pineda to Hon. Presiding Officer/Vice Governor and Board Members for the passage of resolution authorizing the Gov. Pineda to represent the Provincial Government of Pampanga in a Memorandum of Agreement with TESDA and DHVTSU to establish a Satellite School at the old and unutilized Regional Health Office Building in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 2480 "A Resolution Authorizing Gov. Lilia Pineda to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with DHVTSU for the establishment of a Satellite School at Sto. Tomas, Pampanga and to use the vacant Regional Health Office Building for the purpose and to sign for and in behalf of the Province of Pampanga the appurtenant document thereto" was released.
