We EDUcate, CApacitate and ApporTIOnate…the tagline that sparked the College of Education’s burning passion to face the demands and challenges of the Level IV Phase 2 Accreditation for the Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) and Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education (BTTE) Program.

The 3-day Accreditation was successfully held on May 19-21, 2021 via Zoom. It was a tough journey for the College but through the passion, commitment, and dedication of the people behind this endeavor, the tasks seemed to be undemanding and totally manageable. The tremendous efforts of the COE family headed by Dr. Riza B. Lintag, the Dean, and the chairpersons of the programs evaluated Dr. Chona M. Navarro (BSED) and Dr. Analaine G. Laxamana (BTTE) were commendable. The undying support of the Dr. Enrique G. Baking, the University President, all the Vice Presidents, members of the Administrative Council, Dr. Emmanuel Pareño, Director of the Quality Assurance Office and Engr. Mary Anne Macabuhay, Over-all Accreditation Coordinator, contributed a lot in making the endeavor a reality.

The AACCUP Accreditors who shared their expertise in giving valuable recommendations and unbiased comments and evaluation promoted a friendly yet professional atmosphere. The College sincerely appreciated Dr. Manuel A. Sanchez, Jr., the Team Leader of the BTTE Program and Dr. Carlo T. Nabo, Team Leader of the BSED Program.

The College of Education hopes for a positive result and prays that the Level IV Phase 2 Accreditation be awarded to the BSED and BTTE programs.
