Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 2480 "A Resolution Authorizing Gov. Lilia Pineda to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with DHVTSU for the establishment of a Satellite School at Sto. Tomas, Pampanga and to use the vacant Regional Health Office Building for the purpose and to sign for and in behalf of the Province of Pampanga the appurtenant document thereto" was released.
