The Office of Student Welfare and Formation (OSWF) is an administrative unit of the University that is within the supervision of the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Services (VPAS). The OSWF is responsible for the development and implementation of various programs and services that focus on the nonacademic aspects of the student’s life in the university such as the acquisition of livable values and skills for a lifelong learning and practice. These student-centered activities and services that compliment academic instruction are prepared to support holistic student development for active involvement in nation building. The Student Welfare and Formation of the University is composed of the units; Health Services Unit (Medical Unit and Dental Unit), Multi-Faith Unit, the Affirmative Unit (Differently abled Persons Unit, Indigenous People Unit. Solo Parent Unit /Child of a solo parent) and the Career Services Office.

The Office of Student Welfare and Formation (OSWF) is headed by a Director designated by the President and as confirmed by the Board of Regent.
