Finance Management Services Office (FMSO) of the Don Honorio Ventura State University is an integral part of the institution which is responsible in managing all its financial resources in an efficient and effective manner. It safeguards all its financial assets, promotes proper utilization of budget on all approved programs, projects and activities of the institution, provides accurate and timely financial information and strictly adhere to policies governing the financial operations of a government instrumentality.

FMSO encompasses the planning, organizing, directing and controlling all financial activities of the institution.
