The Management Information System (MIS) Office was first known as the MIS Unit beginning June 10, 2008. Later, it was established as an office on April 15, 2009, to primarily serve as the backbone of information and communications technology-related resources, operations, and functions of the University.

Composed of information and communication technology experts, the MIS Office manages the Data Center Building. The building holds the information system, network and computer services unit, and the information and communication technology unit. This infrastructure will be the home of a computer and internet hub primarily for students and employees of the University.

Primary tasks of the MIS Office in the University include the following: (1) designing and developing the university website; (2) controlling the ICT networks and servers; (3) administrating the system and database, specifically the student and faculty online portals and official emails; (4) maintaining the ICT equipment procured for the university; (5) providing technical assistance to the various offices and units, such as hardware and software support; and (6) processing and releasing employees' and students’ identification cards.
