The CHCID leads the University’s efforts to uplift individuals and communities through inclusive, rights-based, and socially responsive programs focused on education, health, culture, values, and welfare of marginalized sectors.
This Center covers extension programs and projects related to: Education and literacy, Alternative learning and community-based education, Gender and Development (GAD), Youth empowerment and sports development, Mental health and public wellness, Humanities, Social Sciences, Culture and Arts, Indigenous Peoples and cultural preservation, Governance, legal aid, and public policy.
