Mandate
- Spearhead of Planning activities with the different Units and Departments of the University for its proactive development.
- Consolidate the plants of the Units and Departments to develop a cohesive development plans.
- Conduct regular assessment/evaluation of the specific accomplishments.
- Package proposals for better resource generation and expansion of development opportunities.
- Ensure the establishment, and maintenance of a databank or management information system for Planning and Development purposes.
- Collect and consolidate documents for submission to other agencies such as: CHED, DBM, NEDA, RDC, and others.
- Perform other tasks relevant to the function of the Office of Planning and Development.
