With the Memorandum of Understanding sealed between Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) and the Department of Education - Division of Pampanga (DepEd Pampanga) last July 2024, DHVSU, through its Extension Services Office (ESO), forged a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with four institutions offering the Alternative Learning System (ALS) under DepEd Pampanga on September 27, 2024.

Student researchers from Don Honorio Ventura State University – Laboratory High School (LHS) successfully presented their work and won an award at the 1st International Research Congress, organized by the International Transdisciplinary Researchers, Educators, and Leaders, Inc., in collaboration with Taguig City University on September 29, 2024, via Google Meet.

Faculty and student researchers from the Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCpE) program of Don Honorio Ventura State University are recognized for their research works presented at the 6th International Conference on Automation, Mechatronics, and Robotics (ICAMEROB) held at Cebu Technological University – Danao Campus from September 26 to 28, 2024.

In a joint effort to empower Kapampangan Alternative Learning System students through skills training and educational programs, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) has partnered with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Provincial Government of Pampanga, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), for the Skills-Knowledge Improvement for Local Labor Support (SKILLS) for Pampanga Project.

To advocate for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through the Office of International Partnerships and Programs (OIPP), led the culmination of the three-week-long Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Festival, held at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center on September 17, 2024.

As partners in advocating the impact of the environment on community health, the Department of Health Central Luzon Center for Health Development (DOHCLCHD) and Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through the DHVSU-Faculty Association, unveiled a mural on the walls of the College of Business Studies Building 3 on September 24, 2024.

To participate in the deliberation of the budget proposal for State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) for fiscal year (FY) 2025, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) President Dr. Enrique G. Baking attended the pre-plenary hearing and plenary budget deliberation held at Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City on September 17-18, 2024.

The Industrialist, the official student publication of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), set a new record by taking home a total of 42 awards during the School Press Advisers’ Movement, Inc. (SPAM, Inc.) 15th National Campus Media Conference (NCMC), held at Angels’ Hill Retreat Center in Tagaytay City, Cavite, from September 18-20, 2024.

Gatchalian, a Senior Fellow of the Philippine Futures Thinking Society, during the opening program of the University Futures Masterclass at Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), held at Widus Hotel on September 11, 2024.

To provide industry internships and potential employment opportunities for Honorians, the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) and Pradera Islands Theme Park formalized their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the DHVSU Bacolor Campus on September 5, 2024.

To further guide Honorian employees on the principles and standards expected in public service, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) organized a seminar titled “Deepening Ethical Commitment: Upholding the Code of Conduct of DHVSU Employees,” held at the Dr. Ernesto T. One with the ASEAN in the celebration of the 57th ASEAN Founding Anniversary with the theme "Connected and Resilient Community", highlighting the whole-of-community approach to collaborate and not to compete, and addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030, the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) inaugurated the ASEAN Festival 2024 on August 27, 2024, via Zoom.

In support of the 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through the Administrative Services Office (AdminSO), participated in the 2024 Government Job Fair organized by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) – Regional Office III. The event was held at Robinsons Starmills in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, on September 4, 2024.

As a university committed to providing conducive learning experiences for the holistic development of learners, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through the Extension Services Office (ESO) and the Property and Supply Management Office (PSMO), held two separate turnover ceremonies for the Computer Donation Program for four public schools in the province of Pampanga.
