The Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering students of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) finished off as overall champion in The Innovator’s Arena: Texas Instruments and IECEP Elite Edition, hosted by the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. – Pampanga Student Chapter in collaboration with Texas Instruments on October 16, 2024.

Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through its Counseling and Testing Center, joined the Archdiocesan Commission on Youth Ministry (ACYM) and the Vicariate Youth Ministry of St. Augustine of Hippo in promoting mental wellness and spiritual growth among young Kapampangans as part of the Archdiocesan Youth Day 2024: A Celebration of Faith and Community, held at Plaza Lubao Gym in San Nicolas 1st, Lubao, Pampanga, on October 11, 2024.

For consistently producing topnotchers in the Licensure Examination for Psychometricians between January and October 2024, the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III (CHEDRO III) awarded Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) during the Executive Summit at Best Western Metro Clark, Angeles City, on October 15, 2024.

To ensure cooperation in the prompt, timely, fee-free, and efficient delivery of full-cycle employment facilitation services, the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)Central Luzon on October 11, 2024

Bannering its pride as one of the premier Teacher Education Institutions in the country, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through the Physical Education Area of the College of Education (COE), spearheaded the 3rd Research Conference on Physical Education (RCPEd) on October 5, 2024, via Zoom and Google Meet.

Another partnership was forged through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed between Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU)—through the DHVSU Mexico Campus (DMC), Extension Services Office (ESO), and Training Services Office (TSO)—and three schools in Pampanga, during a ceremony held at the DHVSU Mexico Campus Library Building on October 1, 2024.

To establish a comprehensive and inclusive program that empowers teachers and students through research, ICT productivity, and hospitality studies, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through its Training Services Office (TSO), College of Computing Studies (CCS), and College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM), signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Mary the Queen College of Pampanga, Inc. (MQCPI) on October 8, 2024.

The Don Honorio Ventura State University – Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (DHVSU–JPIA) student chapter successfully maintained its fourth consecutive overall championship title during the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Pampanga Provincial Accounting Quiz Bee (PICPA-PAQB), held at the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) in Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, on October 4, 2024.

In a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) and the Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines, Inc., DHVSU was recognized as one of the co-organizers of the 6th International Conference on Automation, Mechatronics, and Robotics (ICAMEROB 2024), to be held at Cebu Technological University in Danao City, Cebu, on September 26-28, 2024.

Out of 200 applicants, two Honorian student leaders made it to the top 25 finalists of the 2024 Outstanding Student Leaders of the Philippines (OSLP), organized by Transforming Advocates and Champions (TRAC) Philippines Inc., during the 4th International Convention on Student Affairs and Services (ICSAS) held at Venus Parkview Hotel, Baguio City, on October 4, 2024.

With the Memorandum of Understanding sealed between Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) and the Department of Education - Division of Pampanga (DepEd Pampanga) last July 2024, DHVSU, through its Extension Services Office (ESO), forged a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with four institutions offering the Alternative Learning System (ALS) under DepEd Pampanga on September 27, 2024.

Student researchers from Don Honorio Ventura State University – Laboratory High School (LHS) successfully presented their work and won an award at the 1st International Research Congress, organized by the International Transdisciplinary Researchers, Educators, and Leaders, Inc., in collaboration with Taguig City University on September 29, 2024, via Google Meet.

Faculty and student researchers from the Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCpE) program of Don Honorio Ventura State University are recognized for their research works presented at the 6th International Conference on Automation, Mechatronics, and Robotics (ICAMEROB) held at Cebu Technological University – Danao Campus from September 26 to 28, 2024.

In a joint effort to empower Kapampangan Alternative Learning System students through skills training and educational programs, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) has partnered with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Provincial Government of Pampanga, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), for the Skills-Knowledge Improvement for Local Labor Support (SKILLS) for Pampanga Project.

To advocate for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through the Office of International Partnerships and Programs (OIPP), led the culmination of the three-week-long Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Festival, held at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center on September 17, 2024.
