Dedicated to promoting an energy-conscious culture beyond mere legal compliance with Republic Act (RA) 11285, also known as the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act, the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Unit (EECU) of the Administrative Services Office (AdminSO) at Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) conducted its Energy Conservation Implementers Virtual Orientation on November 19, 2024, via Zoom.

The Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) management, administrative council, faculty, non-academic staff, and students demonstrated their strong commitment to harmony by filling the campus with the color orange during the opening parade and ceremony of the 2024 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (EVAW) on November 26, 2024.

With a total of 43 points, the official delegation of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) secured a 7th-runner-up spot among the 13 participating higher education institutions in Central Luzon at the Culture and the Arts Association of State Universities and Colleges III (CAASUC III) - 8th Regional Culture and the Arts Festival (RCAF), held at Bulacan State University (BulSU) - Malolos Campus on November 26-29, 2024.

The Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (BSECE) Department of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) proudly raised the Honorian flag on the national stage by producing three Most Outstanding ECE Students at the 2024 National Student Summit of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP), held at the University of the Philippines Diliman from November 14 to 15, 2024.

To further enhance growth, capability, and linkage relations, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) and Trat Technical College (TTC) formalized a partnership agreement to establish an international teacher exchange program and research collaborations, with the ceremonial signing held at the TTC campus in Trat, Thailand, on November 14, 2024.

In its second year of participation in the Youth for Tourism and Hospitality International Conference (Y4TH 2024), the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM) once again showcased their passion for tourism and hospitality, earning multiple awards at Y4TH 2024, held at The Bahay ng Alumni, UP Diliman, on November 16, 2024.

The Honorians Basketball Team set another record on their home court by clinching the championship title at the United Central Luzon Athletic Association (UCLAA) - Region 3 Invitational Tournament. They defeated the Angeles University Foundation Great Danes with a score of 63-56 on November 16, 2024, at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center.

Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through the Research, Innovation, Training, and Extension Cluster, and Mabalacat City College (MCC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen cooperation in research, innovation, training, and extension services held at MCC Campus on November 11, 2024.

Recognizing students who demonstrate excellence in academics, leadership, and social responsibility, the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines -Region 3 Alumni Community
of Heroes (R3ACH) named five Honorian alumni among the 17 finalists of the 2024 Huwarang Mag-aaral ng Gitnang Luzon (HMGL).

Committed to fulfilling two additional projects focused on information and communication technology (ICT) literacy, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU)—through its Sto.
Tomas Campus (DSTC), College of Computing Studies (CCS), and Extension Services Office (ESO)—signed a partnership agreement with Brgy. San Matias, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga
Council (BSMC), and San Matias Elementary School (SMES) held at DSTC on November 7, 2024.

Aiming to bridge community needs by enhancing mental health awareness and accessibility, the Don Honorio Ventura State University—through its Extension Services Office (ESO), Counseling and Testing Center (CTC), and College of Social Sciences and Philosophy (CSSP)—signed a partnership agreement with Santiago Apostol Parish (SAP) of Betis, Guagua, Pampanga, at Bale Ugnayan ning Betis on October 31, 2024.

To officially launch project CRE8: Creative Resources and Education Technologies Extension Program, the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through its College of Computing Studies (CCS) and Extension Services Office (ESO), signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Trade and Industry – Region III (DTI-RIII) held at the DTI-RIII Office, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on October 29, 2024.
