To promote physical activity, social inclusion, and community engagement through purposeful active play, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through its College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) – Architecture Department, in collaboration with the Extension Services Office (ESO), formalized its partnership with San Agustin Integrated School - Main (SAIS-M) through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony held at SAIS-M in San Fernando, Pampanga, on April 4, 2025.

The agreement was established to implement Project PLAY: Providing Learning and Accessible Yards for the kindergarten children of SAIS-M, which aims to design and construct an inclusive, sustainable, and eco-friendly playground that accommodates both disabled and non-disabled children by utilizing repurposed and recycled materials.

DHVSU was represented by Dr. Dean B. Lapuz, ESO Center Manager; Ar. Mair S. De Lara, Director of the Property and Supply Management Office; Ar. Jerone T. Aga, Lead Coordinator and Project Head; and Ar. Oliver M. Chavez, Assistant Lead Coordinator.

Meanwhile, SAIS-M was represented by Alona G. Sison, Principal II; Patricia Mae S. Aga, OIC-Head Teacher; and Jamie C. Madla, Kindergarten Grade Leader.
