The Public Relations and Industry Linkages Office (PRILO) is a unit under the Executive Vice President Cluster. It was established in May 2024 with the mandate of performing the functions of the University’s branding, public and media relations, and industry linkages.
Functions, duties, and responsibilities
a. Create and maintain a positive brand image for the university through various media and publicity activities.
b. Create contents for the social media pages and website of the University in collaboration with the Management Information System (MIS).
c. Operate and maintain the university’s campus radio, and oversee its management in collaboration with the College of Engineering and Architecture Electronics and Communications Engineering department
d. Scout and form partnerships with the industry for mutually beneficial partnerships
e. Design and implement projects, activities, and programs for the graduates or alumni of the university
f. Collect data of the graduates and alumni for the completion of annual tracer studies in coordination with the Planning and Development Office
g. Create and maintain media materials for the university through print, visual, and digital platforms
