This Office of Career Services (OCS) was created in August 2010. It serves as conduit that connects students and alumni with internship and job opportunities here and abroad. Over the years, the university, has built and sustained partnerships with several hundreds of companies who are committed to facilitate hands-on learning opportunities in the fields of engineering, architecture, education, information technology, marketing, hospitality management and technical vocational courses.

Objectives
The Office of Career Services is committed to provide comprehensive support and resources to students in their career development.

Services offered by this unit includes:

1. Job Readiness Enhancement

• Career Interview trainings
  ie. Resume and Cover letter writing and Interview preparation
• Workshops and events for professional skill development
  ie. Pre-Employment Seminar and Labor Education for Graduating Students

2. Comprehensive Career Support

• Labor Market Information (LMI) services
• Career advocacy and employment coaching services
• Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES)

3. Internship and Placement Facilitation

• Connect students with employers for internships and facilitate hands-on learning opportunities
• Support students in accessing job and internship opportunities ie. Career Fair, Job Fair, and Local Recruitment Activity (LRA)
