The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Central Luzon through the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) oriented the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) graduating students across all campuses for a PreDeployment Orientation held at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center, DHVSU Main Campus on November 17.

Laoag City, Ilocos Norte – The 28th Philippine Association of Practitioners of Student Affairs and Services, Inc. (PAPSAS) National Conference and Training Workshop became a platform for Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) to represent Luzon schools by presenting the best practices of its Gender and Development (GAD) advocacies at Fort Ilocandia Resort and Hotel on November 15-17, 2023.

Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) has entered into a three-year Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) to strengthen partnerships for the improvement of cooperative education and training in the Philippines. The MOA signing ceremony was held at Café Honorio on the DHVSU Main Extension lot on December 5.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region 3 celebrated the grand launching of the very first issues of the Central Luzon Social Welfare and Development Learning Network (CL SWDL-Net) Philippine Journal of Social Welfare and Research Development (PhilsJSWRD) at the Greene Manor Condotel, City of San Fernando, Pampanga last November 29.

The event was hosted by Pampanga State Agricultural University in Magalang, Pampanga.

Bangkok, Thailand – Two Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BS InfoTech) students from Don Honorio Ventura State University – Porac Campus (DPC) represented the University at the Asia Technological University Network (ATU-Net) International Data Hack for Sustainability held at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand last November 21 to 25, 2023.

R.O. Valerio Dairy Farm (ROVDF), a beneficiary of the ongoing Lilinangin Angking Lupain at Bukid Kalikasan ng Bayan ng Bacolor Angat at Yayaman (LAKBAY) project by the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) - Training Services Office (TSO) in collaboration with the Villa de Bacolor Farm Tourism Association (VBFTA), is set to be featured on AgriTV Central Luzon’s Ani at Kita sa Agrikultura segment, courtesy of the Department of Agriculture (DA) Central Luzon.

Among the seven Filipino students, Christian Louie C. Simon, a fourth-year Honorian from the College of Education (COE), was awarded by the International Organization for Health, Sports, and Kinesiology (IOHSK) as one of the recipients of Dr. Thomas L. McKenzie International Student Scholarship on November 20, held at the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Manila.

To facilitate learning and enhance the writing and numeracy skills of ALS students while promoting awareness of health and nutrition, Don Honorio Ventura State University – Porac Campus (DPC) and the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) sealed a partnership with Alternative Learning System (ALS) Porac West District on November 17.

MARIKINA CITY, Metro Manila - Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (ECE) students from Don Honorio Ventura State University celebrated their victories at the recent Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) National Student Summit. The event, themed 'Empowering Future Innovators: Building Bridge to Success,' was held at the Marikina Convention Center on October 27-28, 2023.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region III, through the Central Luzon Local Governance Regional Resource Center (CL-LGRRC), signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) for the establishment of the Central Luzon Consortium for Local Governance at the DILG Regional Office III, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on October 25, 2023.

Quezon City - Student-researchers from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM) of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) championed the Research Infographic Poster Presentation in the 2023 Youth for Tourism and Hospitality (Y4TH) International Conference held at the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) Film Institute on November 11.

Zamboanga City - The Industrialist, the official student publication of Don Honorio Ventura State University, achieved Second Place (Overall) as the Best Performing School by receiving a total of 29 awards during the 14th National Campus Media Conference (NCMC) organized by the School Press Advisers Movement, Inc. at the Grand Astoria Hotel in Zamboanga Del Sur.

The Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) - College of Computing Studies (CCS) showcased its skills in the field of Information Technology by garnering two championships and two runners-up awards at the Regional Assembly on Information Technology Education (RAITE) 2023 organized by the Philippine Society of Technology Information Educators (PSITE) Central Luzon held at Angeles University Foundation Sports and Cultural Center on October 20.

Johor, Malaysia - In line with Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) vision to produce globally competitive professionals, the university has teamed up for a partnership for expanded opportunities in the fields of education, engineering, and business with Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) on October 25.
