(PAPSAS) National Conference and Training Workshop became a platform for Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) to represent Luzon schools by presenting the best practices of its Gender and Development (GAD) advocacies at Fort Ilocandia Resort and Hotel on November 15-17, 2023.

Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) has entered into a three-year Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) to strengthen partnerships for the improvement of cooperative education and training in the Philippines.
