Pursuant to the Executive Order No. 180 (1987) and its implementing rules and regulations, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) awarded the Certificate of Registration to the Don Honorio Ventura State University Faculty Association (DHVSUFA) and DHVSU on March 19, 2025, at the University Board Room.
DHVSU President Dr. Enrique G. Baking; DHVSUFA President Mariefel F. Capili; DHVSU Non- Academic Staff Association representative Mary Ann Singson; Vice President for Student Affairs and Services Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao; Executive Vice President Engr. Reden M. Hernandez; and Administrative Services Office Director Anna C. Dayrit received the Certificate of Registration from the Civil Service Commission – Field Office 3 (CSC-FO3).
The certificate was presented by CSC-FO3 Director II Dyna Marie D. Quimson and Senior Human Resource Specialist Glenda O. Petil.
CSC prescribed a stringent timeline and specific requisites for fulfilling the registration process. The university administration has been supportive and willing to agree to the terms and requests of the employees,” Capili stated.
Having complied with the prescribed requirements, the issued registration certificate remains binding between the parties from January 22, 2025, to January 21, 2028.
This registration formally recognizes the collaborative efforts between the university and its employees, ensuring the provision of additional legal and negotiable benefits.
