Pampanga State University joins the Filipino-Chinese community in the observance of Chinese New Year, a celebration that honors cultural heritage, unity, and prosperity as the Year of the Fire Horse.
In accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 1006, which declares Chinese New Year a Special Non-Working Holiday, classes at all levels and work in government offices are hereby suspended.
