Please be informed that May 7, 2025 (Wednesday) is declared a Special Non-Working Day in Pampanga and Angeles City in observance of Jose Abad Santos Day, pursuant to Republic Acts No. 7552 and 8815.
In line with this, all DHVSU campuses and offices shall be closed on the said date. Regular operations will resume on May 8, 2025 (Thursday).
