The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) once again recognized Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) for its role and efforts in promoting Ease of Doing Business (EODB) practices during the 2025 Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Convention, held at the Manila Hotel, Ermita, City of Manila, from November 4 to 6, 2025.
The plaque of recognition acknowledged Pampanga State U for leveraging efficiency, accountability, and digitalization in its EODB practices, which contribute to building a more competitive and future-ready Philippines.
Part of the recognition includes the University’s Master in Public Administration, majoring in Regulatory Management Systems (MPA-RMS), offered by the Graduate School.
Representing Pampanga State U in receiving the plaque were Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services and Dean of the Graduate School; Ruth Ann Butiu, Planning Officer; and Jennifer Dolom, Planning and Development Office Staff.
"We are thankful to our very supportive University President, Dr. Enrique G. Baking. We are also extending our profound appreciation to ARTA, headed by Director General Ernesto V. Perez. This laudable achievement was made possible because of the support of everybody, the entire community," Dr. Quiambao said.
She also stated that this milestone is a part of our institution's history because the MPA-RMS program is the first-ever academic program being offered in the entire country.
“This program will ensure that efficiency, effectiveness, and authentic public service will be realized, and that is our commitment,”Dr. Quiambao added.
