For consistently producing topnotchers in the Licensure Examination for Psychometricians between January and October 2024, the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III (CHEDRO III) awarded Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) during the Executive Summit at Best Western Metro Clark, Angeles City, on October 15, 2024.

The recognition was awarded by Dr. Lora L. Yusi, Director IV of CHEDRO III, and Mr. Francis Dominic De Guzman, Education Supervisor II at CHEDRO III, and was received by Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services; Dr. Eddiebal P. Layco, Director of the Planning and Development Office; Dr. Emmanuel B. Parreño, Director of the Quality Management System Office; and Dr. Dolores Mallari, University Registrar.

The summit convened the presidents of State Universities and Colleges in Central Luzon, including DHVSU, along with other key officials, to discuss the current state of higher education in the Philippines and to reinforce their partnership in improving the educational system in the region.
