The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region III, through the Central Luzon Local Governance Regional Resource Center (CL-LGRRC), signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) for the establishment of the Central Luzon Consortium for Local Governance at the DILG Regional Office III, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on October 25, 2023.

DHVSU is one of the founding members of the said consortium, alongside the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region III, Angeles University Foundation (AUF), Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU), Bulacan State University (BulSU), and Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST)

“The consortium aims to create, develop, and disseminate various studies and strategies aimed at enhancing and promoting good local governance," as posted on the DILG Central Luzon Facebook page.
