Showcasing talent and excellence in arts, the delegation of Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) clinched two awards during the National Arts Month 2026 celebration hosted by the Culture and the Arts Association of State Universities and Colleges in Region III (CAASUC-III) held at Pampanga State Agricultural University last March 5, 2026.

Anchored to the theme “Ani ng Sining: Katotohanan at Giting,” the celebration featured a series of competitions and a cultural showcase participated in by university presidents, cultural directors, and talented students from various State Universities and Colleges across Central Luzon.

The following awards are brought home by the delegation:

• 2nd Place, Persuasive Oratory – Ara Jesusa Costamero
• 4th Place, Dagliang Talumpati – John Raven De Andres

These achievements highlight the dedication of the university’s commitment to nurturing excellence in the fields of culture and the arts.

The delegation of the University was accompanied by the Office of Culture and the Arts headed by its director, Rowel Cruz.
