
Paving the way for academic collaboration through shared library resources, Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) through its Library Services Office (LSO) formalized its partnership with Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) held at the Audio Visual Room, University Learning Resource Center Building on March 10, 2026.
The agreement aims to enhance research and academic engagement through shared access to library collections, coordinated resource exchanges, and collaborative support for learning and institutional research development across all campuses of the university.
Additionally, both institutions will align their digital materials with the University’s Research Agenda while fostering a knowledge-sharing ecosystem that enables students and faculty to access cross-campus publications and digital archives without additional fees.
During the MOA signing, Pampanga State U was represented by Dr. Vicky P. Vital, Director of Mexico Campus; Dennis V. Dizon, Director of Porac Campus; Dr. Mark Anthony A. Castro, OIC Director of Apalit Campus; Dr. Rowina M. Twaño, Director of Candaba Campus; Dr. Maria Anna David-Cruz, Director of San Fernando Campus; Engr. Miriam Villanueva, Assistant Director of Lubao Campus; along with Suzette B. Macaspac, LSO Director; LSO staff and campus Librarians. BASC was represented by Leanelle D. Reyno, College Librarian III and Joyce Anne Bernabe, College Librarian I.
