The operations of the Property and Supply Unit (PSU) of the regular campuses of DHVSU is under the management of the Director of the PSMO until such time that the establishment of each campuses administrative manpower are fully operational to stand on their own capacity.

The Supply Officer I (SOI) is in-charge to supervise the PSU operation of the campus and directly report to the head of the PSMO all concerns on campuses acquisition, utilization, maintenance, inventory and disposal of property.

The following are the duties and responsibility of the SOI:

1. Prepare/ process/ expedite/ coordinate/ manage all pertinent documents of the PSU operations;
2. Assist/ recommend, to the head of the PSMO, improvement to enhance the PSU operations;
3. Exercise direct supervision over the personnel of the PSU unit and recommend to the PSMO head any and all personnel actions;
4. Ensure close coordination with all the units/sections in the PSMO;
5. Regularly monitor and observe new issuances and guidelines issued by pertinent government regulatory agency such as the COA, DBM, DENR, etc. relative to property and supply management;
6. Create and implement a system in maintaining and securing all the documents of the PSU in coordination with the PSMO designated document controller;
7. Ensure the routing and securing of all pertinent documents to and from concern offices;
8. Obtain and manage customer feedback and initiate innovations to improve existing processes and procedures of the unit;
9. Observe compliance with all the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System;
10. Give utmost attention on the unit’s commitment and delivery of the Strategic Priorities, and Support Functions as reflected in the Individual Performance Commitment (IPC);
11. Adopt the 7S Principles in the unit; and
12. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the higher authorities and head of PSMO.
