Congratulations Region III – Central Luzon for being the First Runner-Up (Overall) during the National State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA) games held at Tarlac Province last October 1-6, 2023.

Region 3 was represented by Don Honorio Ventura State University for the following events:

- Women’s Basketball Team

- Men’s Basketball Team (Silver Medalist)
- Women’s Sepak Takraw (Bronze Medalist) - Angelie Mañalac (Team Captain)
- Men’s Chess Board 2 (Bronze Medalist) - King Moises Pineda
