To establish cooperation between the learning resource centers of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) and the City College of San Fernando, Pampanga (CCSFP), the two institutions signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on January 23, 2025, at the DHVSU Board Room.
The agreement focuses on facilitating the sharing, exchange, and cooperative use of publications and other reference materials between DHVSU’s University Learning Resource Center (ULRC) and CCSFP’s Learning Resource Center (LRC).
This partnership enables both parties to provide efficient and equitable library services to their constituents, particularly the students and faculty of each institution.
During the signing of the agreement, CCSFP was represented by Dr. Melanie Briones, Vice President for Academic Affairs and International Engagements; Micah Blessie Calicdan, Librarian III; and Irene Pineda, CCSFP Registrar and Dean of Student Activity and Support Services.
Meanwhile, the DHVSU personnel present were Engr. Reden Hernandez, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Suzette Macaspac, Director of the Library Services Office; ULRC librarians Michelle Ocampo, Alyssa Geneva Raymundo, and Milyne Victoria; and Kathleya Vianca Habon, OIC-Director for Public Relations and Industry Linkages Office.
