The 150 graduands from the Graduate School and the 100 graduands from the College of Arts and Sciences led the week-long proud moments as they marched on the first day of the 2024 Don Honorio Ventura State University Joint Commencement Exercises at Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center, Bacolor, Pampanga, on August 12, 2024.
Dr. Ireneo G. Alvaro Jr., President of Wesleyan University - Philippines in Cabanatuan City, graced the graduates with an inspirational message as the guest speaker.
Meanwhile, Jerald H. Calara, a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, delivered the Message of Gratitude, emphasizing that beyond the accolades and awards, certificates and degrees, what truly shines through is the beauty of our spirit, the strength of our character, and the kindness in our hearts.

The 150 The Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center was filled with blue academic hoods as the hard work and efforts of 553 graduates from the DHVSU-College of Education culminated in the afternoon session of the first day of the 2024 Don Honorio Ventura State University Joint Commencement Exercises in Bacolor, Pampanga, on August 12, 2024.
Jerome L. Alipio, Summa Cum Laude of the Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino, represented the "Talaturus" of DHVSU in his message of gratitude.
August 13, 2024 - College of Business Studies (Bachelor of in Science Accountancy , Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information System, and Bachelor of Public Administration)
From being the Young Professionals of DHVSU to real-world professional life, the 196 graduates from the BSA program, 548 from BSAIS, and 21 from BPA are now ready to step into their new roles as future leaders in accounting and public administration, committed to continuing the shaping of our financial system and public service.
Alessandra Aiyen H. Taningco, Magna Cum Laude from the BPA program, delivered a heartfelt message of gratitude to the attendees of the ceremony.

Hon. Aurelio Brenz P. Gonzales, Councilor of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, graced the event with his inspirational speech as the guest speaker.
Meanwhile, the lone and first-ever summa cum laude from the BSCE program in 38 years delivered a message of gratitude, emphasizing the importance of becoming the engineers and architects they had always envisioned as students.

Hon. Anna York Bondoc, Representative of the Fourth District of Pampanga, retold the history of the three campuses during her speech as the guest speaker of the ceremony, and she reaffirmed her commitment to supporting the education of Kapampangan students.
