To ensure that every faculty member at Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) has the opportunity to be mentored into becoming a competent researcher, the Research Management Office (RMO) conducted a research proposal writeshop for educational researchers at the University Hostel on October 28 and 29, 2024.
This activity is part of the Research Capability Building Program series, which aims to strengthen faculty researchers’ knowledge of current trends and foster a robust research culture.
“We would like to sustain this kind of activity to ensure that submission of research proposal is not only for the purpose of compliance rather it must serve its purpose of enhancing society,” Dr. Robin Dimla, Director of RMO, stated.
The writeshop was attended by faculty members from the education programs of the College of Education, DHVSU Lubao Campus, DHVSU Sto. Tomas Campus, and DHVSU Porac Campus.
“I hope you are not yet tired of me when I say over and over again that our goal is to make sure that everyone will be able to write quality research that are readily publishable that will be cited by our fellow research enthusiasts,” Dr. Ranie Canlas, Vice President for Research, Innovation, Training and Extension in his welcome remarks.
