Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through the Knowledge Management and Innovation Office (KMIO), accommodated the members of the Provincial Inclusive Innovation Committee (PICC) lodged under the Pampanga Provincial Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Development Council (PMSMEDC) for its 2nd Quarter Council Meeting held at the University Hostel on May 14, 2024.

The meeting was held to foster collaboration among partner agencies in introducing technology and innovation into MSME development.

Agencies in attendance included the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, City College of San Fernando, Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc., and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.
