DHVSU lands 7th Runner-Up overall; records 88 medals in SUC III Olympics ‘25

Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) secured the 7th Runner-Up spot among the 14 participating schools after a week-long sports competition during the State Universities and Colleges (SUC) III Olympics of the State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA), hosted by Pampanga State Agricultural University in Magalang, Pampanga, from February 24 to 28, 2025.

Through the Office of Sports and Development, headed by Dr. Normando Simon, the 254-strong Honorian athletes and their coaches raked in a total of 88 medals: 19 gold, 30 silver, and 39 bronze.

Bulacan State University Gold Gears continued to dominate the SUC III Olympics for the 29th time, being the overall champion once again with 230 medals.

They were followed by the Central Luzon State University Green Cobras, who secured 1st Runner-Up with 176 medals, and the Tarlac State University Fire Foxes, who clinched 2nd Runner-Up with 173 medals.
