The Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) took a step in empowering its workforce as the Human Resource Management Unit of the Administrative Services Office conducted an orientation program for the 72 newly hired employees at the University Auditorium on September 7.

The comprehensive orientation covered significant topics that will guide employees in their roles and responsibilities within the institution. These included the policy on attendance and punctuality, rules and regulations governing government workers, auxiliary services, gender and development, data privacy, health and safety protocols, security measures, as well as traffic rules and regulations, and an emphasis was placed on energy efficiency and conservation to promote sustainable practices within the university.

Before the end of the program, Debbie Ann Fatima N. Barrera, the Supervising Administrative Officer, led the oath-taking of the newly hired employees.
