“Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is ask for help.”

This campaign was part of an initiative by Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through its Counseling and Testing Center, to participate in World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2024.

As part of the Counseling and Testing Center’s initiatives, students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to wear blue shirts on that date as a symbol of support for mental health awareness.

The Honorian community also promoted the event by changing their Facebook profile photos by including the #LightUpBlueDHVSU frame and using the hashtags #ItIsTimetoPrioritizeMentalHealthintheWorkplace and #HonoriansLightUpBlueCampaign to spread the message beyond the University.
