
Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U), through its Data Privacy Office, has duly complied with the requirements of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) under Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, following the issuance of a certification on January 29, 2026.
Led by Dr. Jayson G. Magat, DPO director, all transactions that process personal and/or sensitive personal information under this registration are expected to become smoother and more secure, with the certification valid until January 29, 2027.
As one of the pioneers in providing quality education to more than 40,000 students and serving as home to over 1,800 employees, Pampanga State U prioritizes the protection and security of its community’s data.
