The Civil Service Commission (CSC) officially recognized the Pampanga State University Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA) through Certificate of Accreditation No. 1733, signed on December 11, 2025, and granted the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) on January 23, 2026.

This certification recognizes Pampanga State U - NASA as the sole and exclusive negotiating agent of all non-academic rank-and-file employees of Pampanga State U.

With the leadership of Ms. Cristal Rio U. Manuel, Pampanga State U - NASA President, the association can now legitimately enter into collective negotiations with management.

By securing this accreditation and CNA award, Pampanga State U - NASA ensures that the rights and welfare of Pampanga State U’s non-academic personnel remain a top priority, paving the way for a new era of professional harmony and institutional excellence.
