Student researchers from Don Honorio Ventura State University – Laboratory High School (LHS) successfully presented their work and won an award at the 1st International Research Congress, organized by the International Transdisciplinary Researchers, Educators, and Leaders, Inc., in collaboration with Taguig City University on September 29, 2024, via Google Meet.
With their research titled 'Enhancing Attendance System: Development of Fingerprint & SMS-Featured ID Scanner,' student researchers JC Blessy R. Vinuya, Sophia Rianne A. Bondoc, Althea Bianca B. Buensuseso, Rheizy Nicole E. Lising, and Marian Fatima M. Sampang, along with their adviser, Mr. Charlie Mcrae D. Romero, achieved the Best Abstract Award.
Also representing LHS were Giancarlo B. Cabiling, Jian Cedric P. Alingcastre, Louise Anne T. Alvarez, Gabriel Kyle J. Infante, Jan Alexis B. Morales, and Franzer Dhave S. Zita, along with their adviser, Mr. Plato B. Mercado, for presenting their research titled 'Development of Voice Command-Operated Bamboo Lamp.'
