Two office directors of Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) represented the university community in the 13th Asia Technological Network (ATU-Net) Board Meeting and ear-in Accomplishment Report 2025., hosted by Phenikaa University (Phenikaa Uni) in Hanoi, Vietnam last October 30 to November 1, 2025.

The meeting presented the network’s year-in accomplishments, reviewed ongoing programs, and discussed strategic directions toward the sustainability of ATU-Net initiatives where Pampanga State U is one of the members and contributors.
Part of the activities include the ceremonial signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Phenikaa Uni and Davao Oriental State University where Crisostomo and Dayrit represented the University marking another significant milestone in the internationalization efforts of collaborative programs, including research, faculty and student mobility, and academic and cultural exchanges.
"Phenikaa University in Hanoi, Vietnam is a very prestigious institution. More than their world ranking and community-transforming innovation, their way of doing things speaks nothing but excellence. Thus, I feel so blessed that thay opened their doors to our university for partnership and collaboration," said Dr. Crisostomo.
She also mentioned that she looks forward to engaging in internationalization programs, projects, and activities once the partnership is finalized and approved by the university’s Board.
