It’s a GADly day for the University!
The Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) recognized Pampanga State University’s Gender and Development (GAD) advocacy, citing it among government entities that demonstrated exceptional commitment in allocating and utilizing the University’s 2024 GAD budget.
Pampanga State U ranked 7th among State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) with the highest client- focused GAD budget allocation, and 9th for the highest organization-focused budget allocation.
The awarding ceremony was held at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Quezon City, on September 25, 2025, where recognized agencies gathered to receive their awards.
“Such accolade was made possible with the overwhelming support of the entire University, headed by our GAD Champion, President Enrique G. Baking, along with the assistance of our external partners,” said Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services and concurrent GAD Focal Point System Director.
Congratulations, Pampanga State U!
