Functions

• Develop and implement disaster risk reduction plans and policies.
• Conduct disaster preparedness training, including drills and simulations.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts across all university campuses.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to natural and man-made disasters.

• Conduct hazard and risk assessments for disaster planning.
• Implement disaster response protocols during emergencies.
• Provide training and resources for disaster preparedness to employees and students.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of disaster management programs and recommend improvements.
