Following the needs assessment conducted by Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) for AGX Express Phils., Inc., the University, through its Training Services Office (TSO), will conduct a series of projects and activities as part of a newly formalized partnership launched at Widus Hotel, Clark, Pampanga on May 8, 2025.
With the title “Project AGX: Achieving Skills and Professional Growth through eXperience,” the proposal aims to deliver a comprehensive training program for AGX Express Phils., Inc.'s employees and clients across various focus areas.
The project is designed to enhance professional growth, build essential skills, promote well-being, and foster an inclusive learning environment.
Present during the ceremonial signing on behalf of AGX Express Phils., Inc. were Max Gulmayo Jr., Managing Director; Aldrich Espino, Sr. General Manager; Herminia Diaz, General Manager for Human Resource, Admin, and Corporate Affairs; Avegail Velasco Gen. Manager for North Operations; Rosie Baylin, Admin Associate Manager; and Ronel Dadula, Training Officer.
DHVSU was represented by Dr. Ranie Canlas, Vice President for Research, Innovation, Training, and Extension; Dr. Dynah Soriano, Director of the Training Services Office (TSO); along with the TSO Center Managers.
“In this partnership, DHVSU shall uphold our commitment to our role as a consultant - partner agency, for as long as possible, for as long as our partners need us,” said Dr. Canlas, in his message.
He also expressed the University’s willingness to accommodate requests, provided these needs fall within the legal parameters set forth in the signed agreement.
Furthermore, as the flagship event of the collaboration, Women Owning Momentum, Empowerment, and Nourishment (WOMEN) in Bravery, Leadership, Opportunity, Optimism, and Mastery (BLOOM) was held immediately after the agreement signing.
This activity for AGX Express Phils., Inc. is under TSO’s Gender and Development (GAD) initiatives that celebrated motherhood and the unwavering strength of women by combining artistry, relaxation, and empowerment.
Mike Haizon David from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management served as the resource speaker for the said activity that focused on floral art and arrangement training.
“This day has been more than just a workshop. It has been a tribute to the strength, beauty, and nurturing spirit of mothers,” Dr. Soriano stated.
