With a total of 43 points, the official delegation of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) secured a 7th-runner-up spot among the 13 participating higher education institutions in Central Luzon at the Culture and the Arts Association of State Universities and Colleges III (CAASUC III) - 8th Regional Culture and the Arts Festival (RCAF), held at Bulacan State University (BulSU) - Malolos Campus on November 26-29, 2024.

The Honorian artist-delegates were supported by the DHVSU management, headed by Dr. Enrique Baking, University President. Additional support was provided by Engr.
