The Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) was honored to host the venue for Philippine President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.'s official visit to Kapampangans held at the Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center on November 21, 2024.

Through the leadership of its President, Dr. Enrique G. Baking, DHVSU partnered with the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) as the official venue for facilitating the distribution of Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) and Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (COCROMs) for Kapampangan beneficiaries.

Joining Dr. Baking in welcoming PBBM were Engr. Reden M. Hernandez, Vice President for Academic Affairs and concurrent OIC-Executive Vice President and OIC-Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Dolores T. Quiambao, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services, concurrent Dean of the Graduate School, and Director of the GAD Focal Point System; along with members of the DHVSU Administrative Council.

PBBM was with DAR Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, DAR officials and selected staff (DAR-Central Office, DAR-Regional Office-III, DAR Pampanga), Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), partner agencies including the Land Bank of the Philippines, Registry of Deeds, Provincial Assessor, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Department of Agriculture, and Department of Trade and Industry; as well as congressional district representatives and local government officials of Pampanga.
