To officially launch project CRE8: Creative Resources and Education Technologies Extension Program, the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU), through its College of Computing Studies (CCS) and Extension Services Office (ESO), signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Trade and Industry – Region III (DTI-RIII) held at the DTI-RIII Office, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on October 29, 2024.

DHVSU will share its expertise with DTI-RIII staff to elevate the quality of communication materials, essential for impactful stakeholder engagement and regional economic development.

Representing the University during the MOA signing were Mr. Reden Paul L. Rivera, Project Head and Lead Coordinator; Mr. Ronnel C. Delos Santos and Mr. Philip I. Doctor, Assistant Project Head and Assistant Lead Coordinator; along with project team members Mr. Nikko P. Nicdao and Mr. Marcell M. Ventura.

Meanwhile, DTI-RIII was represented by Ms. Marcela Yusi, Finance and Admin Chief; Ms. Edna D. Dizon, Regional Director; Ms. Patrizia Anika Aldana, Human Resources Officer; and Mr. Nerson Ray F. Romero, Information Officer.

The extension service is a collaboration between the ESO, led by Director Engr. Rhoderick Favorito, and the College of Computing Studies CCS, led by Dean Joel Canlas, with the support of the Vice President for Research, Innovation, Training, and Extension Office, led by Dr. Ranie Canlas.
