After its successful implementation in Brgy. Magliman, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, the GANAP (Gawaing Negosyo para sa Asenso ng Pamayanan) Project will be rolled out again—this time in Lubao, Pampanga—following the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) and three partner institutions on August 9, 2025.
The three beneficiary institutions are San Roque Arbol Elementary School (SRAES) in Brgy. San Roque Arbol, Lubao, Pampanga, and Firm Consultancy, Inc. from Guagua, Pampanga.
The GANAP Project is a livelihood training program for liquid dishwashing and soap making, driven by the needs of partner agencies. It aims to provide entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, as well as financial literacy, to promote financial investment and effective financial management.
Through the College of Business Studies (CBS) and the Extension Services Office (ESO), the project will be conducted as a one-year continuous program of skills training, competency enhancement, and knowledge transfer activities and consultations.
Representing Pampanga State U during the ceremonial signing were Michelle Anne G. De Ramos, lead coordinator; Krist Mark Q. Macapugay, assistant lead coordinator; and select faculty members from the College of Business Studies.
Meanwhile, SRAES was represented by Grace Feir, school head, and Erma Cruz, Parent-Teacher Association president; Brgy. San Roque Arbol was represented by Hon. Godo D. Guintu, barangay chairman; and Firm Consultancy, Inc. was represented by Vince Anthony P. Feir, chief operating officer.
