Leonio Land Holdings Inc. (Leonio Land) collaborated with Pampanga State University, through its Research, Innovation, Training, and Extension (RITE) office, for initiatives, programs, and services aligned with shared goals of local development and academic advancement, formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Alviera Country Club, Porac, Pampanga, on August 5, 2025.
Guided by its mission to create thriving communities and its commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, Leonio Land entered a three-year partnership with Pampanga State U to deliver research-based, community-responsive programs and services in support of local development and public service delivery.
The areas of collaboration include community development and inclusive growth; formal and non-formal education and workforce training; applied research, innovation, and knowledge transfer; extension programs and corporate social responsibility initiatives; technical advisory, planning, and policy support; capacity building for community and organizational leaders; environmental stewardship and sustainability efforts; and health promotion, disaster preparedness, and climate resilience.
Leonio Land was represented by Regina Magbitang, Joint Venture Management Head; Ana Joan Vidallon, CSR Head; Patricia Rozein Mas, Community Relations Officer; and Kris Marynette Jose, HROD and CSR Officer during the MOU signing ceremony.
Meanwhile, the Pampanga State U delegation was led by Dr. Mary Grace T. Sandico, project leader and chairperson of the Bachelor of Science in Social Work program; Dr. Dynah Soriano, Director of the Training Services Office; Engr. Rhoderick Favorito, Director of the Extension Services Office; and Dr. Nelly Pilao, Dean of the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy (CSSP), along with RITE center managers and CSSP faculty.
