Pampanga State University (Pampanga State U) welcomed participants for the Joint Executive Meetings with Commission on Higher Education Regional Office (CHEDRO) III, Culture and the Arts Association of State Universities and Colleges (CAASUC) III, and Development Council for State Universities and Colleges (DC-SUC) III/Center for Interrelated Research and Policy Studies (CIRPS) held at the University Hostel on February 13, 2026.

The meeting commenced by the discussion of the ACHIEVE Agenda by Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region III Director Dr. Maura Consolacion D. Cristobal.

Followed by the updates on the 2026 Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges National Culture of the Arts Festival (PASUC-NCAF) presented by Pampanga State University (PSAU) President and CAASUC III Chairperson, Dr. Anita G. David.

Meanwhile, Tarlac State University (TSU) President and DC-SUC III/CIRPS Chairperson, Dr. Arnold E. Velasco led the Joint Executive Council and Technical Staff (JECTS) Meeting.

The activity convened SUC presidents, directors, and technical staff to address immediate concerns and develop long-term strategies for institutional development and improved public service.

Pampanga State U was represented by Dr. Enrique Baking, University President; Dr. Dolores Quiambao, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services; and Dr. Eddiebal Layco, Director of the Planning and Development Office.
